Equal Pay and Equal Rights Policy

It is Lot's policy that the utmost equality is maintained between all employees, regardless of gender, origin, religion, age or other non-material reasons. The Company is committed to complying with the relevant legal requirements facing the balance of pay across all genders. Through constant monitoring and response to deviations, work is being done systematically to improve all forms of discrimination within the activity.

The main focuses of Loti's Equal Pay and Equal Rights Policy are:

  • Employees regardless of gender enjoy the same benefits for jobs of the same or equal value, i.e. there is no unexplained or unjustified pay gap.
  • Equal attention is paid to recruitment and career development.
  • All employees are treated with respect.
  • Efforts are being made to enable employees to reconcile work and family life, for example, through flexible working hours.
  • Any kind of harassment, bullying and violence has not passed.
  • The company strives to promote the well-being of all employees.

The implementation of the Equal Pay and Equality Policy is in line with the Loti Equality Programme. The implementation of the policy is the task of all employees of Lot and applies to all activities of the company.

The Executive Director is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and documentation of the policy.
Lotu's Equal Pay and Equal Rights Policy is available to the public on Lota's website and presented there to employees.
